YouthThirst x Lexify: Strengthening Infrastructure for Community Impact

To build that foundation, our Organisation partnered with Lexify.

The project began with a full redevelopment of the YouthThirst website.

The strategic direction and operational architecture were led by Lexify’s Product Lead, Theophilus Ifeoluwa Aigbogun, who defined the platform requirements, designed the workflow structure, and oversaw the African development team (Aviv Technologies Ltd) responsible for the technical build.

The result is a site that reflects YouthThirst’s purpose while remaining simple, functional, and aligned with its community goals.

Beyond the platform itself, Lexify operates as a Recruitment-as-a-Service provider, delivering automated sourcing, screening, and talent-intelligence workflows.

For YouthThirst, beyond gaining digital presence, so the World sees what we do, it means gaining structured, predictable hiring systems that support the people who carry out the organisation’s mission.
